GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY

“Ale House x Mondial Camp Giveaway”

1. ORGANIZER

The giveaway “Ale House x Mondial Camp Giveaway” is organized and conducted by:

hereinafter referred to for short as the Organizer.

Mondial Camp provides its communication channels/profiles for the promotion of the giveaway, but is not the organizer of the giveaway and bears no responsibility for its conduct, the selection of the winner, or the provision of the prize.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for participation in the giveaway “Ale House x Mondial Camp Giveaway”.

2.2. The General Terms and Conditions will be available for the entire duration of the giveaway on the Ale House website.

2.3. By participating in the giveaway, each participant declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.

2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the General Terms and Conditions, with such amendments taking effect after their official publication.

2.5. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

1. TERRITORY

3.1. The giveaway is organized and conducted on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

3.2. The prize shall be received and used at the Ale House tent within Mondial Camp.

1. DURATION

4.1. The giveaway starts from the moment the official giveaway post is published on the Facebook and Instagram profiles of Ale House and/or Mondial Camp.

4.2. Entries are accepted until the official kick-off time of the Norway – France match — 26.06, 22:00 Bulgarian time.

4.3. Comments posted after the start of the match shall not be considered valid entries.

4.4. The winner will be drawn on 29.06 via an online draw tool — Comment Picker / commentpicker.com — from among all valid participants who correctly guessed the exact score.

1. ELIGIBILITY

5.1. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate.

5.2. Participation in the giveaway is prohibited for persons under the age of 18.

5.3. Employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their families, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

5.4. The Organizer has the right to request proof that the participant has reached the age of 18 when the prize is received.

5.5. The Organizer has the right to disqualify a participant in case of suspected abuse, fake profile, invalid entry, violation of the rules, or behavior that is contrary to good manners.

1. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

6.1. To participate in the giveaway, the participant must comment under the official giveaway post with their prediction for the exact score of the Norway – France match.

6.2. Participation is valid on the official Facebook and Instagram profiles where the giveaway has been published — the profiles of Ale House and Mondial Camp.

6.3. A valid entry is considered to be a comment clearly stating the exact score, for example: Norway – France 1:2.

6.4. Each participant may participate with one prediction under the respective official giveaway post.

6.5. In case of more than one comment by the same participant under the same post, the first published prediction shall be considered valid.

6.6. Comments edited after the start of the match shall be considered invalid.

6.7. Only participants who correctly guessed the exact final score of the match in regular time — 90 minutes plus added time — shall be admitted to the winner draw. Extra time and penalties, if any, shall not be taken into account.

6.8. If there is no participant who correctly guessed the exact score, no prize shall be awarded.

1. PRIZE

7.1. The prize in the giveaway is:
3 liters of beer from the Ale House tent at Mondial Camp.

7.2. There is one prize, which shall be awarded to one winner.

7.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for another product.

7.4. The prize may be used until the end of Mondial Camp.

7.5. The prize shall be provided only to a person who has reached the age of 18.

1. SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

8.1. The winner will be drawn on 29.06 via an online draw tool — Comment Picker / commentpicker.com — from among all valid participants who correctly guessed the exact score.

8.2. Valid comments from the official giveaway posts on the Facebook and Instagram profiles of Ale House and Mondial Camp shall participate in the draw.

8.3. The Organizer has the right to combine valid participants from the different official posts in which the giveaway has been published.

8.4. The winner will be contacted via private message by Ale House.

8.5. The Organizer has the right to document the draw by screenshot or screen recording for the purpose of transparency in determining the winner.

8.6. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner from among the remaining valid participants who correctly guessed the exact score.

1. RECEIVING THE PRIZE

9.1. The prize shall be received at the Ale House tent at Mondial Camp.

9.2. To receive the prize, the winner must confirm their identity and, if necessary, prove that they have reached the age of 18.

9.3. The prize may be used until the end of Mondial Camp.

9.4. After the expiry of the period under item 9.3, the Organizer shall not owe the provision of the prize or any compensation.

1. LIABILITY

10.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for incorrect, incomplete, or wrongly provided data by participants.

10.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for technical problems related to the Facebook and Instagram platforms that may prevent participation in the giveaway.

10.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for inability to contact the winner due to restricted profile settings, lack of response, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

10.4. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the giveaway in case of abuse, technical problems, force majeure circumstances, or other circumstances that prevent its normal conduct.

10.5. The giveaway is free of charge and is not tied to a purchase.

10.6. The giveaway does not constitute gambling activity, as participation is free of charge and no stake is required.

1. PERSONAL DATA

11.1. The personal data provided by participants shall be used solely for the purposes of conducting the giveaway, selecting the winner, and providing the prize.

11.2. The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation.

11.3. Participants have the right to request information regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as their correction or deletion, where applicable.

1. FINAL PROVISIONS

12.1. By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these General Terms and Conditions.

12.2. All matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions shall be decided by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

12.3. These General Terms and Conditions enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Ale House website.
