These general terms and conditions govern the use of alehouse.bg, hereinafter referred to as "the Website".
The Website is operated by “Eurotim Alehouse” Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register under UIC 175458614, with its seat and registered address in Sofia, 11 Andrey Germanov Street, hereinafter referred to as "the Company". If needed, the Company can be contacted through the contact forms provided on the Website or at its official address.
These terms contain information about the activities of the Company and the general conditions for the use of the services provided by the Company, regulating the relationship between the Company and every visitor to the Website.
By using the Website, the user agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from using the Website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The intellectual property rights to all materials and resources placed on the Website of the COMPANY are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to the COMPANY or to the respective person who has transferred the right of use to the COMPANY, and may not be used in violation of the applicable legislation.
In case of copying or reproducing information beyond the permissible limits, as well as any other infringement of intellectual property rights related to the COMPANY’s resources, the COMPANY has the right to claim compensation for all direct and indirect damages in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The COMPANY takes the necessary steps to keep the Website content up-to-date but does not guarantee its accuracy at all times. Therefore, the COMPANY shall not be liable for any damages, including direct or indirect damages or lost profits, incurred by a user under any circumstances related to the published content or access to the Website.
Where the Website contains links to external content, the user acknowledges that the COMPANY has no control over such content and shall not be liable for the consequences of activating links leading outside the Website.

RESERVATIONS
Reservation Conditions
Reservations at Ale House Brewery can be made via the phone number provided on the Website.
A reservation is considered accepted and confirmed only after the visitor has paid a deposit.
The deposit for reservations can be paid in the following ways:

On-site at Ale House Brewery after agreeing on a time slot during which the payment should be made;

Via bank transfer by following a payment link sent via text message.
The amount of the deposit for each reservation depends on the type of reservation requested by the visitor, taking into account the day, number of seats, table location, etc., and is communicated to the visitor during the phone call.
By placing a reservation request, the visitor is deemed to have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.
Reservation Cancellation Conditions
Reservations may be canceled by calling the phone number provided on the Website for reservations.
If a confirmed reservation is canceled no later than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the reservation date, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the paid amount will be refunded within 3 (three) business days.
If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the reservation date or in the event of a no-show, the paid deposit will not be refunded.
DEPOSIT DEDUCTION
The amount paid as a deposit for a reservation will be deducted from the final bill at Ale House Brewery for the respective reservation.
COOKIES
The Website alehouse.bg uses only functional (necessary) cookies. These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the Website. They cannot be disabled. They do not collect information about visitors and cannot be used for marketing purposes or to identify the user in any way.
OTHER
The Company reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. The current version of the terms of use will always be published on the Website.
