TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY "Ale House x Mondial Camp Giveaway: Brazil – Japan"

1. ORGANIZER

The giveaway "Ale House x Mondial Camp Giveaway: Brazil – Japan" is organized and conducted by: Euroteam Alehouse Ltd. (Юротим Ейлхаус ЕООД) UIC: 175458614 VAT number: BG175458614 Address: Sofia, 11 Andrey Germanov Street Represented by: Kalina Kerekova, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

Mondial Camp provides its communication channels/profiles to promote the giveaway, but is not the organizer of the giveaway and bears no responsibility for its conduct, the selection of the winner, or the awarding of the prize.

2. GENERAL TERMS

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rules for participation in the giveaway "Ale House x Mondial Camp Giveaway: Brazil – Japan". 2.2. The Terms and Conditions will be available for the entire duration of the giveaway on the Ale House website. 2.3. By participating in the giveaway, each participant declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. 2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions, with changes taking effect after their official publication. 2.5. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

3. TERRITORY

3.1. The giveaway is organized and conducted within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. 3.2. The prize is collected and used at the Ale House tent within Mondial Camp.

4. DURATION

4.1. The giveaway begins at the moment the official giveaway post is published on the Ale House and/or Mondial Camp profiles on Facebook and Instagram. 4.2. Entries are accepted until the official kickoff time of the Brazil – Japan match — June 29, 2026, 8:00 PM Bulgarian time. 4.3. Comments posted after the start of the match are not considered valid entries. 4.4. The winner will be drawn after the end of the match and confirmation of the final result, using the online random draw tool Comment Picker – Random Name Picker, available at commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php, from among all valid participants who correctly predicted the exact score.

5. ELIGIBILITY

5.1. Any individual who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. 5.2. Participation in the giveaway is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. 5.3. Employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their families, are not entitled to participate in the giveaway. 5.4. The Organizer has the right to request proof of age (18 or over) upon awarding the prize. 5.5. The Organizer has the right to disqualify a participant in the event of suspected abuse, a fake profile, an invalid entry, a violation of the rules, or conduct contrary to good manners.

6. ENTRY MECHANISM

6.1. To participate in the giveaway, the participant must comment under the official giveaway post with their prediction of the exact score of the Brazil – Japan match. 6.2. An entry is valid on the official Facebook and Instagram profiles where the giveaway has been published — the Ale House and Mondial Camp profiles. 6.3. A valid entry is a comment with a clearly stated exact score, for example: Brazil Japan 2:1. 6.4. One participant may enter with one prediction under the respective official giveaway post. 6.5. In the case of more than one comment from the same participant under the same post, the first published prediction is considered valid. 6.6. Comments edited after the start of the match are considered invalid. 6.7. Only participants who have correctly predicted the exact final score of the match in regular time — 90 minutes plus added time — are admitted to the draw. Extra time and penalties, if any, are not taken into account. 6.8. If no participant has predicted the exact score, no prize is awarded.

 

7. PRIZE

7.1. The prize in the giveaway is: 3 liters of beer from the Ale House tent at Mondial Camp. 7.2. There is one prize, awarded to a single winner. 7.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or any other product. 7.4. The prize may be used until the end of Mondial Camp. 7.5. The prize is awarded only to a person who has reached the age of 18.
 

8. DETERMINATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

8.1. The winner will be drawn after the end of the Brazil – Japan match and confirmation of the final result, using the online random draw tool Comment Picker Random Name Picker, available at commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php. 8.2. The draw will include the valid comments from the official giveaway posts on the Facebook and Instagram profiles of Ale House and Mondial Camp. 8.3. The Organizer has the right to combine the valid participants from the different official posts in which the giveaway has been published. 8.4. If there are several participants who predicted the exact score, the Organizer manually enters all valid participants into Comment Picker – Random Name Picker and draws one winner. 8.5. The winner will be contacted via private message from Ale House. 8.6. The Organizer has the right to document the draw by means of a screenshot or screen recording for the purpose of transparency in determining the winner. 8.7. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time or does not meet the conditions of participation, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner from among the remaining valid participants who predicted the exact score.

9. COLLECTING THE PRIZE

9.1. The prize is collected from the Ale House tent at Mondial Camp. 9.2. To collect the prize, the winner must confirm their identity and, if necessary, prove that they are 18 years of age or older. 9.3. The prize may be used until the end of Mondial Camp. 9.4. After the expiry of the period under item 9.3, the Organizer is not obliged to provide the prize or any compensation.

10. LIABILITY

10.1. The Organizer is not responsible for false, incomplete, or incorrectly provided data from participants. 10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems related to the Facebook and Instagram platforms that may hinder participation in the giveaway. 10.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to contact the winner due to restricted profile settings, lack of response, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. 10.4. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the giveaway in the event of abuse, technical problems, force majeure, or other circumstances that prevent its normal conduct. 10.5. The giveaway is free of charge and not conditional on any purchase. 10.6. The giveaway does not constitute gambling activity, as participation is free of charge and no stake is required.

11. PERSONAL DATA

11.1. The personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the giveaway, determining the winner, and awarding the prize. 11.2. The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation. 11.3. Participants have the right to request information regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as its correction or deletion, where applicable.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

12.1. By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. 12.2. All matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. 12.3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Ale House website.
