ORGANIZER
The "Oktoberfest at Ale House" contest is organized and conducted by Euroteam Alehouse Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "ORGANIZER".

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions will be available on the contest's website for the entire duration of the contest.
2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, with changes taking effect after their official publication on https://www.alehouse.bg/
2.3 Individuals who have met the participation requirements are eligible to participate in the Contest, namely:

2.4 By participating in the Contest, the participant declares that they agree with these General Terms and Conditions.

CONTEST TERRITORY
3.1 The Contest is organized and conducted within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, city of Sofia.

DURATION
4.1 The Contest ends on September 4, 2025 ("Contest Period").
4.2 The ORGANIZER has the right to change the deadlines and will announce such changes on https://www.alehouse.bg/bg

ELIGIBILITY
5.1 Any adult individual residing within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is eligible to participate.
5.2 Employees of Euroteam Alehouse Ltd., as well as members of their families, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
5.3 To register for participation in the Contest, the participant must fulfill the participation requirements.
5.4 One participant cannot receive more than one prize.

MECHANISM AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES:
6.1 The Contest is organized online, on the Ale House Facebook and Instagram page.
6.2 Prize:
Six liters of draught beer for consumption at Ale House – a prize for 1 user.

PRIZE CLAIM PROCEDURE
7.1 A representative of Ale House will contact the winner via a private message on the platform where they provided their answer. We ask for your cooperation; if for any reason we are unable to reach you, please notify us via a private message on the respective social network.

LIABILITY
8.1 The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly provided information by the participants in this contest.
8.2 The decision to disqualify a participant rests solely with the Organizer, and the Organizer is not obliged to explain the methods for determining an attempt or violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
8.3 This Contest is in no way a gambling activity, according to the provisions of the Gambling Act.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Contest Organizer is a duly registered data controller with the Commission for Personal Data Protection and undertakes measures to protect the subscriber's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

PUBLICITY
The ORGANIZER has the irrevocable right to terminate the Contest at any time in case of rule violations, abuses, or force majeure circumstances.
